Pizza with Garlic, Arugula, and Parmesan


  • 1 Cup (250 g) diced canned tomatoes, with juice
  • 3 Cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 2 ounces (60 g) mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced or shredded
  • Salt
  • 1 Large black olive
  • Fresh basil leaves, torn if large
  • Small bunch baby arugula (rocket) leaves
  • 2 Ounces (60 g) Parmesan cheese, shaved
  • Cracked Pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 450 F
  2. Stretch doughball as per instructions on bag
  3. Spread the tomatoes evenly over the dough, leaving 1/2 inch (1 cm) border all around
  4. Top with garlic and mozzarella
  5. Season with Salt
  6. Place the olive in the center
  7. Bake for 10 – 15 minutes, until the crust is crisp and golden brown and the cheese is bubbling and beginning to brown
  8. Top with basil, arugula, and Parmesan. Season with cracked pepper
  9. Serve hot and Enjoy!!!

**Tip: You can replace Parmesan with another aged, highly flavored cheese, such as pecorino or ricotta salata**
