• 1 Molinaro’s Stone Bake Flatbread Kit
  • 1 Red Onion, cut into strips
  • 1 cup Kalamata Olives, Halves
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, cut into strips
  • Feta Cheese, Crumbled
  • Parmesan Cheese Shredded
  • Balsamic Vinegar Reduction


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F
  2. Place one flatbread crust onto clean surface.
  3. Open rosemary drizzle and brush evenly over crust.
  4. Spread sliced red onions, red bell pepper strips and kalamata olives evenly over flatbread crust.
  5. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the vegetables and lightly sprinkle parmesan cheese.
  6. Drizzle balsamic vinegar reduction in a zig zag pattern across top of flatbread.
  7. Place flatbread directly on middle rack of oven.
  8. Back at 450°F for 8-10 minutes.
  9. Pizza crust will be golden in colour, cheese will be melted.
  10. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 2 minutes.
  11. Slice into 6 equal portions and enjoy!
