Pizza with Garlic and Arugula



  • 3 – 4 Cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 4 – 6 Tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 Small bunch baby arugula (rocket)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper



  1. Preheat oven to 450 F
  2. Stretch doughball as per instructions on bag
  3. Sprinkle dough with garlic and Parmesan, leaving 1/2 inch (1 cm) border all around
  4. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of oil
  5. Bake for 10 -15 minutes until crust is crisp and golden brown
  6. Top with arugula and drizzle the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil
  7. Season with salt and pepper
  8. Serve hot and Enjoy!!!
