Dough Balls

Our dough balls are made according to
authentic fermentation techniques.
The dough is well mixed to combine the
ingredients uniformly as well as effectively
develop the gluten and distribute the yeast
throughout. This results in an elastice and
pliable dough with a uniform texture.
Finally, they are brushed with extra virgin
olive oil to help seal in the moisture
and flavor.
